Which items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns on:

- Custom items made to order

- Items damaged and not in their original packaging

- Purchases made beyond a 14 day period

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please email us here with your customer name and order number requesting a return. The item must be in its original packaging and condition, otherwise we cannot refund your purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item of the status of the refund.

My jewelry arrived damaged. What should I do?

Eight Studio guarantees quality control for every piece of jewelry shipped and we take the utmost care in packaging and delivery. Unfortunately, not all donuts come with a hole, so we can make mistakes too!

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know by emailing us here . Please note, we only accept reports like this within 48 hours of your order arriving.

What is the return period?

We accept returns and offer refunds up to 14 days after the product arrives. After this time we cannot accept refunds or returns.

Who pays for shipping?

The return shipping is at the customer's expense, who will take care of sending the package via their own courier.

If the return is due to an item arriving damaged, L'eight Studio will cover the return shipping costs.
